​​​Edgebrook Counseling specializes in individual therapy and psychoeducation specifically addressing problems associated with a range of mental health issues including but not limited to anger, anxiety, depression, relationships, adjustment to life changes and emotional regulation.

All therapy sessions are facilitated by a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. 

Anger Management Therapeutic Training Course:

For anyone with problems with anger, you can sign up for an Anger Management Intensive Intervention Training Course. It is a great way to begin your journey into resolving problems with a structured system led by a NAMA Level II Certified Anger Management Specialist. If you are interested in learning more about the Training Course you can make contact at the number below or fill out the contact request form.

Men's Therapy Group

The men's therapy group takes place every other Thursday at 6PM. The group is led by a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with several years of experience as a clinician. The group is an in-person experience and is currently open to new members. The check in process is modeled and frequently utilized in the group along with psychoeducational lessons to support group members as they take on a range of personal issues.
